Well we actually didn't anticipate him catching on to the walking thing so quick, Aiden has a very selective time that he laughs, Jeff would operate his legs to walk and I his arms and it would actually make him laugh. Now he does it all by himself. What a guy:) I apologize that its sideways, mental note to video tape one direction, to cute not to post though.

We had our first evening pablum feed, I think he did really great! I love the expressions, he really seem to catch on quickly. I was really adament that I was not feeding him pablum unitl six months, but after his last feed at night he still seemed to want more. And it also wouldn't be bad if it did affect his sleep in a positive way. He still wakes up twice for his soother, but I really can't complain. I am sleeping a lot better lately, so its okay that I stumble into his room, grop in the crib for the soother, find his mouth and stumble back to bed:)

Some fun highchair pictures, I am so excited about the chair mounted highchair, since we don't have a lot of room in our kitchen, it is perfect!

i'm a fan of the chair mounted high chairs as well though we don't have one yet. i hear you can purchase a tray for the bumbo chair and then feed the kids snacks and stuff on them too. all stuff to look forward to :)

Kyra's doing the walking thing too(didn't expect that so soon either) but I'd prefer for her to be crawling because I would like her to have a way to get around all by herself. Oh well - it's so cute to see how proud they get when they learn to step like that. Love ya!

About the soother...ummm...I, being an exceptionally paranoid mom (I think I can safely claim that I am more paranoid than most...!) actually attached the soother to Lucas' sleeper with those little clipper things. And he learned how to put it in his mouth on his own. Hello to the world of a full night's sleep! I just attach it low enough...I really can't see how it would be dangerous. Those strings are very short. Just a thought!
Wow I can't believe that he is that big already to be eating cereal and trying to walk. Time has just gone way to fast. He is so cute, I can't wait to see him.
