A quick couple of weeks!

Well we have 2 weeks down and things are going pretty well! Rylen is by far my most content baby so far, rarely crying and sleeping ALOT (which I always forget is normal in the first while). He is doing really well at night and eats every three hours, but does do some 4 hour stretches and 5 hour ones. Unfortunately my boys that used to sleep until 8 all the time have decided to wake before 7 the last 2 weeks. Which would be fine, but Rylen usually eats at 6 and then I feel like I don't really fall asleep for that hour. I forget how much you adapt to fitful sleeps, Rylen is doing so well at night and I am the one having trouble sleeping!

He is trying so hard to smile already, instead he has this wide open mouth and smiling eyes, can't wait until that smile reaches his mouth.
He is still a bit too light for this chair and he really doesn't like it too much since I think it interrups his constant sleep :)

The boys spend much of their time doing this. Music is playing and they are singing with their guitars. Tristen seems to be heading down the music road too, however he is incredibly skilled at baseball and hockey already and is passionate about both. Aiden is really good at bossing Tristen around and Tristen is pretty complacent and usually does what he says. The boys love Rylen, sometimes a little too much, but they have defintely pushed many boundaries in the past weeks. Our weather doesn't help, being cooped up inside.

Last week we did have some sunny, cool nights that we managed to take some family walks. Rylen all bundled up!
As an baby, he loves attention and his brothers talking to him and just being in the action. The boys will yell and carry on, have the music blaring, vaccuming and what not and he sleeps :)

Sporting his super cute outfit from Auntie Rosanna!

Just love him soooo much!

I think life is going to be soo fun and crazy with these crazy crazy boys in it! Can't wait to continue to see all of their individual personalities come out!

I am always glad when the first 2 weeks are done and I am back to feeling more normal. Feels like next week we can get out more and it's finally Aiden's much anticipated first day of preschool! Many things I still hope to can before it's too late! We are also gearing up for a job interview in Meadow Lake on Sept. 24-26, ask for your prayers concerning that but more on that in awhile!

So glad to hear that Rylen is a content baby, and doing well. That's so wonderful that Rylen loves being around his brothers, and that they also enjoy having him as their little brother:). Hope that the sleep situation gets better for you, and that the job interview goes well!
