Aiden LOVES balloons and was very excited about his birthday balloons for weeks after. What a crazy 1 year old he is. This week he started actually standing independently for awhile. He definitely has his dad's stubborness (LOL) and will not practice walking at all unless he's cheating with both our hands. He is totally on homo milk now and we are pretty certain his "allergy" was just a harder adjustment to the milk than most kids. He loves to cuddle in our bed and play kissy face. He eats anything, however lately I think he might finally be getting some more teeth and is more picky. He still only has his two bottom teeth. He is pretty funny driving his cars and making the "brummmm" noise.
We had an episode of him breaking my one of the pieces in my lovely Crystal trio from partylite. Ahhh and he ended up cutting his finger. It wouldn't stop bleeding so I tried putting a bandaid on. He wasn't to impressed and did manage to get it off. I love his chubby hands:) Aiden had his 1 year shots today, yuck I always feel sick. He was pretty devastated, the only part was finally weighing him again and he is a whopping 24lbs 4 ounces, 30 1/2 inches long and has a big head! Actually he is in the 75th percentile for everything. So I am happy with my big guy!
Among other things, I started my new job at the church. This is my second week and it is going well. A lot of stuff to learn and I feel I have only brushed the surface. The boys go to a good friends on Tuesdays and then are with my mom on Fridays. As we drop the boys off on Tuesdays and drive to work together, Jeff and I are so thankful that I don't have to work full-time and admire the tons of people that have that routine everyday!
I am also a new epicure consultant. I love their products and have wanted to sell it for awhile. Epicure is a lot of food items, dip mixes, salad mixes, chocolate products and tons more. I don't want to do this hard core, but if you would like to do a party let me know, I could use the practice. Or if you love the product and just need to replenish I can totally do that as well. There that's my pitch!
Of course this month was the most awesome because my cousin Rosanna came out. What more need I say, breakfast at Wagon Wheel, shopping at Lululemon, dinner and a movie and a lot of talking and treats!
Love you muchly my Rosabella, and miss you tons.

Wow, you've been busy! I'm sorry to hear that Aiden broke your crystal & hurt his finger, but that picture of his bandaid finger is pretty cute:). And congrats on the new job! I'm glad you were able to get something part-time. Hopefully everything works out with Jeremy's placement. I know you love that little guy, but I can understand how trying his FAS must be on your patience.
What is it about balloons and kids?! So fun!
Has it been 6 1/2mths already with Jeremy?! Wow! I'm sorry to hear things are getting more difficult with him. Sometimes it feels like a never-ending battle. When we had our "foster son" we faced multiple daily challenges; he was 10 when we finished with him. The closer he got to puberty the more aggressive he got. A few months before he left we were able to get him on some medication which definately helped. But it came down to us having to choose the safety (physically & emotionally) of our children and ourselves over him. We feel completely at peace with letting him go. Now we just pray that the influence we had on him won't be forgotten.
I'll pray that you and Jeff hear God's answer clearly and that you have peace about it. It seems to me that you two have done a fantastic job with him!

So good to "hear" from you! :D Aiden is looking as cute as ever!
When did you start to introduce milk to Aiden? i am thinking of trying next with with Isaiah.
I think it's okay that you feel you don't want to keep Jeremy long term. However long you do have him I know that you have made a mark in his life for the better. He will remember your home as a good one filled with love.
Love you!!!!
