Our hearts are heavy

As many of you know someone who is very close to our hearts died in a tragic car accident on Friday, July 20th. My cousin, best friend, soulmate Rosanna and her husband Nathan were traveling to Calgary with his brother and his wife, when a semi truck rolled over their car. I won't get into details except that tommorow we will be attending a memorial for her husband Nathan.
I don't think I have written about this yet because it still seems so unreal, I think its so unbelievable that no matter how many tears you shed, you still don't know how to really react.
Rosanna is one of the strongest women I know, but now more than ever she needs Jesus to hold her broken heart and put it back together again. I know many of you have told me to pass your prayers on to her, please continue to hold Rosanna and her family and Nate's family in your prayers. Not just this week but in the weeks to come.

We will continue to uphold the family in our prayers. We trust that God's presence, his love and his comfort will be felt during this difficult time. Jocelyn, it's so good that you are able to stay with Rosanna. I know that you will be a huge blessing to her. You will be in our thoughts.
Love you,
Sandra & Steven

I was thinking of you all lots today. Pretty much all day actually.I was praying that God would really comfort you, and really wrap his arms of love around you. I truly cannot imagine what you are going through. With so much pain and saddness. But with that there are so many amazing memmories to treasure.
It is so good that you are there with Rosanna and her family. It must be a blessing for them.
Take care, see ya when you get home.

Joc,

I know the memorial is over, I thought about you a lot and prayed for you guys a ton while we were at the lake. We are continuing to pray for you and especially Rosanna as the days will still continue to be hard. Continue to be strong and trust in the Lord. And if you need to chat, remember your friends are always ready to listen.
