It's true I really enjoy having my husband home for an extra day. This week is especially great, because on Friday we leave for YC Edmonton with our youth. So only a 3 day week for Jeff.
The weekend has been great, with family in from out of town, Jeff's brother and sister-in-law and our nephew Noah. We had really hoped to get some yard work done, but it has been a cold weekend and today its been raining all day. Oh well, we have just as many projects inside that we can begin.
Aiden is trying out his new summer hat, I think it will be just perfect to keep the sun out. We are hopefully going camping with our church father's day weekend, if we can find a camper of some sort. No I am not tenting with a baby, I don't enjoy camping very much and that would just add to my discomfort.
Saturday night was a fun night with Steak, cards and our cute boys as entertainment! Yeah the crappy weather sucked, but its still a blast when you are with people you love!
Sunday we decided to meet the fam at Kinsmen Park, Jeff and I had a picnic first, yes it was very cold. I would have been I lot more comfortable in a jacket and socks and shoes instead of flip flops. Aiden slept through it all, all snug in his carseat and hundreds of blankets. I was really tempted to crawl right in there with him!
