Well here I am at six O'Clock in the morning. Yep, it's been about a week of waking up around 5:30am and not being able to fall back asleep. So instead of driving myself crazy, I get up and do whatever to try and make myself tired. At this point I am not dreading the middle of the night feedings to much, at least I will have something to do. It's crazy because I absolutely fall into bed exhausted each night and think I will sleep until next Christmas, but my internal alarm clock keeps going off before the crack of dawn. I feel a little guilty tossing and turning when I know Jeff is trying to sleep and all I want to do is sigh REALLY loud so he knows I can't sleep and will at least talk to me. But he's a working man and that's not really fair. So to spare him frustration, my new habit may be blogging at 6:00 in the morning.
I think I may be getting a little hungry, so I think a small snack may be in order. Although McDonald's chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sound pretty good right now!

I love you Joc! Wish I could come hang out with you for some early morning chats. I thought too today that this is just prepping you for what is ahead. It will be special to spend those wee morning hours with your new one. It is so close now... I hope your day included a nice nap and that your evening is filled with lots of exhausting fun. I miss you. Nate and I need some Friday night date partners... are you sure you can't come.

I finally had some time this afternoon to check blogs. I love seeing you all pregnant and beautiful. Hopefully you're getting lots of rest during the day with your early morning wake-ups:) Those Loewen gathering pictures made me wish we could have celebrated with you all out there.
