Froese family November happenings!

I seriously can't believe its already the end of November! Our house has been a bustle of activity with baby preparation, Christmas decorating, Christmas shopping, leading care group, working extra shifts at my other job and dealing with a small episode of the flu. (always makes me want to clean extra hard)
Aiden loves to help and has been really good at helping mommy with cleaning, putting baby stuff away and just being a really good boy with his independent play. I love that! Sometimes I just sit down and watch him as he interacts with his toys, bosses his favorite monkey Choo Choo around and does silly things!
We are finally really getting the hang of using a utensil! Aiden LOVES cereal and will pretty much eat it for any meal!
We have had an exceptionally warm November, and yesterday we FINALLY had a good snowfall! Yeah! Now my Christmas decorations look a little more in place. Aiden is all bundled up and ready to go outside. However he has been quite concerned about getting "no" snow on his shoes. I got him some boots this week and now he seems fine. Silly guy!
Just me and my best bud CHoo Choo, yes Choo choo has to wear diapers and try on the baby bibs too...
Aiden and his favorite guy in the whole wide world, yes he looks grumpy, obviously my photoshoot was cutting into his play time with daddy!
For some reason Aiden loves to sit on his stool and have his feet in his toy basket and he will play for long periods of time

Last but not least, 5 weeks to go....wow...I feel really good, just really tired a lot of the time, and for someone who NEVER naps during the day I have definitely found myself asleep on the couch during Aiden's nap. Again I am really big! I was hoping I would stay a bit smaller this time, since I haven't gained near the weight I did with Aiden, but no such luck. My last doctors app't I had actually lost some weight, but the baby grew 2 cm, so my doctor concluded I must be feeling a lot of pressure under my belly. Yep, quite painful, so I guess there is a good reason for the continued weight gain, gives those little peanuts a place to go.
I love Christmas and I am trying not to get to anxious about when baby Froese will make its appearance, but as much as I tell myself not to worry I still do. Sometimes I think a little to much that its still going to come before Christmas, but I keep giving myself reality checks that I could very well go into January and that's ok. (Yeah that works for about 5 min) Anyway I love that I have Christmas to distract me in these last weeks, really hoping my family can come this year and really excited about Aidens first Sunday school program.
Well that's all for now, need to write out my grocery list for my Christmas baking!

It's true, pep talks only work for a limited amount of time. Too bad we can't have more of a choice when our babies come:)

Kyra put many diapers on and off her babies before Jayce came; now she wants to put diapers on and off him. Which she's done even when we're not quite ready:)

Sounds like you're keeping busy (as always)!! I love the pictures of Aiden - he's such a cutie:). I especially love the one of him and Choo Choo - so adorable!

I hope the last 5 weeks go well for you, and hopefully baby will come when you want it to (fingers crossed). And by the way, you look great!

I love your blogs - it makes me feel closer to you! I miss you so much! Aiden is so stinkin' cute! He's getting to be such a big boy now, using a spoon and all! :) How cute! I'm sure he'll be a big helper when the baby comes!

Don't stress about Christmas! God already has it all planned out and it will be perfect, whenever it happens! I'll be thinking of you and praying for you over the next few weeks! Take care of yourself and enjoy the holiday season!

Love you & miss you like crazy!

That is awesome that Aiden plays more on his own. How did you get him to do that or was he always like that. Is. always seems to need me to be his playmate. It's great for the most part but I don't get much done around the house till he's asleep then.
Also, where did you get that stuffed monkey?
