Oh boy!

Yes this is what we woke up to this morning, Aiden pointing at his sucky and yes half of it was gone. My immediate thought, oh my word, he ate half his soother. I did end up finding most of the pieces in his crib thank goodness. We do have a problem, however, because I noticed his soother needed replacing awhile ago and couldn't find the MAM soothers anywhere except at Toys r Us and they didn't have his size. So we were in a little predicament for morning nap, but he saw me put it in the garbage and I explained its broken. He then threw the soother holder in there too, sooo I put him down for nap, he seemed ok, I did throw in a smaller soother I had that he wanted nothing to do with before. But I walked in there a bit ago and he's fast asleep sucking on that one. Phew! It's probably a good time to get rid of the soother, so maybe we will try that for afternoon nap. Needless to say it did freak me out a bit, since a bit ago I had a house full of women for a beauty control party and we couldn't find his soother, and he screamed for hours.
Yes Aiden still only has 4 teeth, however, he can eat an entire apple including the core, if we aren't watching him closely and keeps eating. It cracks me up! He is very proud of himself, and no we don't usually eat in the living room, however, he opened up Jeff's lunch kit and found this one.

He is officially walking, YEAH! I really wanted him to have a good hang of it before summer, thinking playing outside would be a lot more enjoyable. This weekend he just took off and now he's walking everywhere. If I can finally get my videos going I will try to upload one.

That was a scary picture - my first thought too was that Aiden ate it.
That was the only way Kyra would eat an apple for a while too - she was quite proud to be eating it like a big girl:)
Yay for Aiden walking! Definitely makes being outside a lot more enjoyable:) Can't wait to see the videos!

Good job Aiden! learning to walk :D that's great! I'm impressed that he can eat an apple like that - Myra just started eating apples this past week but I've just been cutting really small pieces.
I recently bought new MAM soothers for Myra too but will she take them - NO! crazy girl - I fear the same predicament will happen to her old soothers as Aiden's did. :) I'm glad he didn't choke on it!
anywhoo....hope you have a good week!

So glad to hear that the soother bits didn't get swallowed, and that nap time was okay. Good luck getting rid of the soother!

That's so exciting that Aiden's walking! Good job Aiden!!
