Today...perfect naps, hour and a bit in the morning and now going on 3 hours this afternoon. But nasty windy outside and not the greatest outdoor working weather. Ahhh, not to worry lots of indoor projects were completed instead.
Aiden has also been taking his soother a bit more, I am able to give it to him at night if he wakes up unexpectantly and pacify him until his usual feed. Unfortunately between youth and home and somewhere inbetween, we misplaced the soother. Thankfully he isn't reliant on it at all and is doing just fine without it:) But it is still nice in emergency situations!
On another note, we took Aiden to the park with our care group, thankfully we bought a mosquito net before we left, they were awful. Aiden loved just sitting in the stroller instead of in his carseat in the stroller. He was a very happy guy!
Well yesterday was our last youth, except for a variety night next week as a fundraiser and then a grad party in June. Caregroup is also coming to an end soon as well. I have to say I am very ready for the summer break. I didn't feel like I had much of a break when Aiden was born, and as a result I don't think things have been running as smoothly as I normally would like them to be. I am still really forgetful and time just gets away before I have time to properly finish things. I told Jeff for our next baby, I think I am going to cocoon for 5 months, and just focus on my kids.
To all the mom's out there, have a super mother's day, take advantage of the day and just relax, enjoy being spoiled(because you should be) and thank God for the amazing privilege of being a mother (which I sometimes forget)
With love

Aiden you are getting cuter!!! I love these pictures Joc and wish you three were nearby this Friday night so we could hang out. Love you lots!
Happy Mother's Day Joc! Hope it has been really special. Was it Aiden's baby dedication today? Love you lots!
actually the amount of yard work you got done sounds incredible - that's probably a lot for anyone even without a baby, so don't worry! relax and enjoy your first mother's day :)
Wow - that's a lot of gradening you got done despite running in and out of the house. Hope your mother's day was great and that you were pampered. Love you!
